Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced athlete, CrossFit Le Chéile is the right place for you. We are a diverse community with a culture focused on fun and hard work. All our members know each other’s names and support one another during workouts. CrossFit Le Chéile will help you reach your goals and get into the best shape of your life.
At CrossFit Le Chéile, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training and have been a leading facility since 2014. Our coaches at Le Chéile are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of likeminded people who love being healthy and strong.We keep our classes sizes small to ensure the best quality coaching. Every member will have a one to one relationship with their coaches where they are free to ask questions work weaknesses and thrive in the community we have built.
With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment.
Quite simply, Olympic weightlifting can completely change one’s holistic levels of strength and fitness. Developing on the more basic gym lifts – such as the squat, deadlift and shoulder press – Olympic weightlifting has no equal for developing speed, flexibility and coordinated, total-body strength and muscle.
The core strength and mobility that is developed by the sport means that Olympic lifters have some of the highest vertical leaps of all athletes.
The speed of the movement requires Olympic lifters to recruit every fast-twitch muscle fibre. These type IIb fibres, which fire anaerobically, are also associated with sprinting, which is why the fastest people in the world use weightlifting to gain that extra edge.
In this class we take our beginners through the fundementals of CrossFit style training. In this fun encouraging enviroment we educate our newest members in all things CrossFit, mobility and nutrition. We learn how to warm up and cool down and how to plan and manage workouts. We find this is the best way to graduate our newest members into our main group classes. It is so important to us that members feel the sense of community and commaradary that we have within the gym.
CrossFit is similar to sports and martial arts in how it can develop children on an emotional level. In our program we work with kids on sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, listening skills, self-discipline and manners. These are all skills, though not physical, that will help kids become successful later in life. In addition, I see a noticeable difference in the confidence level of children who have been doing CrossFit. As their bodies get fitter and their abilities expand, children generally become more physically active and less self-conscious in other athletic situations.

Le Chéile also offers one to one and small group training. With more focus on your personal goals, nutrition and movement you will work closely with your coach both in the gym and outside the gym. Our coaches make themselves completely accessible to you. With weekly check ins for nutrition we keep you accountable and make sure you are reaching your targets.
