WHAT IS CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a precise combination of exercise and nutrition that has been proven to increase fitness and health for people of all ages and abilities. CrossFit is founded on the first scientifically rigorous definition of fitness: The program produces observable results that can be measured and replicated.

IS CROSSFIT FOR ME?

Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.

 

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START?

Absolutely not! Here at Le Chéile we can create a programme that will get you in the best shape of your life. No matter what your current fitness level is you can start with us. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

we take our beginners through the fundementals of crossfit style training in their first class. In a fun encouraging environment we educate our newest members in all things Crossfit mobility and nutrition.  trying anything new can be met with anxiety. And nowhere does this prove truer than when starting a new form of fitness. The “what if’s” come out in droves: “What if I suck?” “What if I’m not strong enough?” “What if I can’t keep up?”  Guess what? that's 100 percent normal. As many of our members will tell you the best thing is just to give it a go!

DOES CROSSFIT SUIT MY BUSY LIFESTYLE?

 Definitely! Whether you’re a night owl, an early bird or just a permanently tired pigeon, we have a class to suit you! If you like to get up early then why not squeeze in a quick class and a shower before work. Working close to the gym? Come in for a lunchtime workout or stop by on the way home from work. Got a free hour on a Saturday? Hey we do too! With numerous classes running each week, we are certain we have one to suit you!
Many of our members find that they have more energy to complete their daily tasks after a workout. Ready to fit in some training?
