In the beginners class we take our members through the fundamentals of crossfit style training. We educate our newest members in a fun encouraging environment on all things Crossfit, mobility and nutrition. In this class you'll learn how to warm up, cool down and manage your workouts with the goal of eventually  graduating to our main group classes. Here at Crossfit le chéile we really try to nurture our new members, its so important to us that they too feel the sense of community and comradery that we have here in the gym.
